Since 1995, the WFNJ has invested more than $1million in organizations that provide housing, health care, education, counseling, job and life skills training to women and girls throughout the state of New Jersey.
A federation of 16 not-for-profit member organizations, the WFNJ provides financial resources through fundraising and workplace giving programs; houses a Women’s Policy Institute that trains community leaders to become effective legislative advocates on issues impacting women and girls; and promotes and facilitates philanthropy amongst women.
