Building a Strong Elder Advocacy Movement
The Women's Fund of New Jersey is pleased to report it is one of five recipients of a grant to build a strong elder advocacy movement.
With the support of Atlantic Philanthropies, the Women's Foundation of California has made grants to five statewide organizations in the US to support the replication of its
Women's Policy Institute model! Each organization will train women advocates of all ages on how to develop policies that ensure communities can age with dignity, health and economic security.
The Aging Justice Replication Project (AJRP) will use the Institute model to build a national movement of advocates who can support public policy to improve the lives of women elders, especially those who are most vulnerable to ageism, poverty or poor health.

Building WFNJ as a sustainable community resource: Establish WFNJ as a long term resource for the community. Promoting philanthropic activism and developing financial sustainability by increasing the size of our endowment and cultivating annual support from a robust and diverse donor base. |
